Chara J. Sumerlin enjoys creating art with graphite pencils, water colors and the messiest medium in the world: Pastels. She has been taming the beasts since 2010 when she came fresh out of high school. Having sold several pieces of artwork along the way, she also competed in several art competitions, finally winning first and second place at the Fayette Art Festival in 2023. Enjoying nature is her mantra, playing with different mediums is her love, and pastels just happen to be her jam. She is always up for a new challenge and pushing her skills to the next level.
